With the guidance of a creative arts therapist, you’ll explore colors, shapes, and movement as a way to release tension, quiet your mind, and tap into self-expression in a supportive group setting. Whether you’re looking for a way to relax, explore your emotions, or simply enjoy a creative break, this group offers a judgment-free space to do just that.

The Mindful Art Space is an open community created for self and community care.
It can be hard to find time for ourselves to unwind, slow down, feel playful or get creative. The Mindful Art Space creates an intentional time, one hour each week, where you can feel free to express, explore, and release stress.
The way we live our lives now can be so stressful, putting pressure on ourselves towards performance and perfection, it can feel so hard to create space to just do things that feel good, to create a place for presence without perfection.
That is the Mindful Art Space.
What to expect in the Mindful Art Space:
A dedicated time, 1 hour, each week to slow down and experience the stress-relieving benefits of art making
No prior experience or special art supplies needed; Allison will encourage you to use materials you already have in your home, sparking creativity
New mindfulness and art prompts each week designed by an art therapist
A sense of community creating with others
How it works:
Sign up for each week you’d like to attend, for ages 18 and over
Accessible $25 fee to join, no commitments
A zoom link will be emailed to you
Every tuesday evening at 7pm EST
You can attend with camera on or off, sharing is always an option!
